E met Kathy!!

My good friend and former roommate Kathy finally made her way to Texas from the extreme coldness of Minnesota and met Ethan for the first time. She was here for recruiting at UT, but we had the chance to hang out a few times in order to fulfill her cravings for good Mexican food and Pluckers. I seriously don't know how she lives without those two things, not to mention the lack of good bbq, all the snow, no HEB, and lots and lots of snow. Come on Kathy, move back to Texas!!
